Allegheny General’s 7C Neuro ICU is a 22-bed unit specializing in neuro-critical care, including aneurysm cases, brain tumors, and stroke management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with hospital standards.
• Monitor unit performance and quality metrics.
• Mentor staff, promote professional development, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring appropriate staffing and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Minimum: Current PA RN licensure or multi-state license via eNLC, CPR certification, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.

Preferred: BSN, 3+ years in neuro-critical care, supervisory experience, specialty certification.

Additional Information
