Aveanna Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations in home-based nursing services in Houston, TX. This role manages a caseload of medically fragile patients and mentors field staff to uphold Aveanna’s Clinical Standard of Excellence.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in the state, 1+ year of nursing experience, and flexibility to travel to patient homes. The position includes on-call rotations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience is required.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes within the designated territory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development.
• Perform Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations for home care transitions.
• Review physicians’ orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff.
• Enhance the clinical expertise of field staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, local, and Aveanna policies.
