Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and mentor nursing staff, manage patient transitions from facility to home, and perform Start of Care assessments. The role involves field visits, office work, and collaboration with operations to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

The position requires an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and willingness to travel to patients’ homes within designated territory.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise caregivers for patients including infants to adults.

Aufgaben

• Manage internal case management, education and development of nursing staff.
• Oversee Start of Care assessments and re-evaluations for home transitions.
• Review orders and update care plans and documentation as needed.
• Assist with selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff.
• Promote clinical expertise to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams and ensure compliance with regulations.
