Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead, teach, and mentor home health staff in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on patient care quality, staff development, and the Start of Care process in patients' homes and in clinic settings.

The position emphasizes internal case management, supervision of nursing teams, and ensuring adherence to regulations while delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to patient homes within designated territory.
• Current CPR certification from a recognized agency (AHA or ARC).
• Ability to supervise and develop nursing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Internal case management, evaluation, education and development of nursing talent.
• Manage Start of Care assessments and patient discharge to home.
• Review orders and update plans of care and documentation as needed.
• Assist with selecting, training and validating new clinical staff.
• Promote clinical excellence and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams.
