Job summary

Allegheny General Hospital, part of Allegheny Health Network, is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor. The role provides leadership for patient care, staffing oversight, and clinical guidance within Hospital Operations. It supports quality initiatives and ensures staffing aligns with patient needs and organizational goals.

You will supervise care delivery, mentor staff, and maintain regulatory and safety standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Act 34/33/73 background clearances and CPR certification.
• Preferred: BSN; 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience; specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates clinical care and unit operations.
• Monitors quality measures and patient safety indicators.
• Provides clinical direction and mentorship to staff.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and productivity targets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
