Amazing Care Home Health Services in Westminster, CO, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our Skilled Nursing team. You will guide clinical operations, support staff, and coordinate with case managers to deliver high-quality in-home care.

Active RN license and home health and OASIS experience are required. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive compensation package in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Competenze

• Active RN license.
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required).
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role (preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Mansioni

• Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians.
• Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits.
• Drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy).
