Amazing Care Home Health Services in Loveland, CO is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our Skilled Nursing team and elevate patient care in the Loveland area.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor field clinicians, and collaborate with case managers to ensure high-quality, compliant services. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has home health and OASIS experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required).
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians
• Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits
• Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Compensation

• Salary: Up to $97,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

What You’ll Do

As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients.

• Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning

• Balance administrative oversight with hands‑on clinical support, including occasional patient visits
• Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑first attitude
