Amazing Care Home Health Services in Westminster, CO, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our Skilled Nursing team. You will guide clinical operations, support staff, and coordinate with case managers to deliver high-quality in-home care.

• Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits.
• Drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy).
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Compensation

• Salary: Approximately $97,000+ (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

What You’ll Do

As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients.

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
