Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and elevate its Skilled Nursing team in Loveland, CO. You will guide clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and mentor field clinicians in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing admissions, recertifications, visits, and discharge planning, while partnering with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and in good standing.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in home health.
• Proven ability to oversee OASIS assessments and care planning.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork.

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians.

• Balance administrative oversight with hands-on support, including occasional patient visits.
• Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy).
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to $97,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care
