Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of recent department specific experience.
• Charge nurse and supervisory expertise preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborative, comprehensive care based on patient and family needs.
• Perform assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s).
• Act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s).
• Demonstrate critical thinking in managing patient care and patient flow.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
