Job summary

Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA seeks a Staff Registered Nurse to deliver patient-focused care across units, including assessments, treatments and pain management. You will align with hospital policies and participate in ongoing education within a nationwide nursing network.

Minimum 1 year in critical care, California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS are required. Float coverage to Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital may be needed based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in a critical care setting in an acute care facility.
• Current California Registered Nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Ability to float to other facilities within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care with assessments, treatment and care across assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains while maintaining regulatory and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with a large network of nurses and leaders to support ongoing education and career growth.
