Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor Clinical Decision for the Day shift to ensure safe operation of the assigned department, oversee patient care, staffing, and fiscal stewardship, and support strategic goals. The role partners with the Director to promote excellence and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds an associates degree in nursing, 2–3 years of acute care leadership, and active RN licensure with BLS; CPI certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• 2-3 years acute care or comparable leadership experience preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of residence; multi-state license if applicable; BLS CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous safe operation of the assigned department.
• Oversee patient care, staffing, and fiscal responsibilities.
• Implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for staff, patients and families.
