Complete Care at Glendale in Naugatuck, CT, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care to residents, administer medications, and execute treatments per physician orders. The role supports a compassionate, growth-oriented environment within a long-term care setting.

You will collaborate with a skilled team, document patient conditions accurately, and adhere to all guidelines while contributing to a positive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents per care plan.
• Perform treatments per physician's orders within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

License:

• Must have an active RN Registered Nurse license within the state of Connecticut
