Job summary

Complete Care at Glendale in Naugatuck, CT is hiring an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive facility.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, document changes, and ensure care aligns with physician orders and regulatory guidelines; participate in orientation and ongoing development; we offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
