Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Clinical Specialist to execute clinical programs and provide education for Medication Delivery Solutions. You will support conversions, train customers, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize clinical outcomes and service delivery.

The role emphasizes extensive travel (70–80%), in-servicing end-users, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years nursing experience with 3 years ultrasound-guided vascular access experience preferred (PICC & midline).
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel and expense within budget.
• Provide monthly updates on regional training activities.
• Facilitate customer training classes for conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with regional team to support customer engagements from pre-sale to post-conversion.
• Develop relationships with end-users through product in-servicing and clinical education.
• Provide follow-up support at end-user locations as needed.
• Conduct regional training for contractual nursing support.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager to optimize scheduling for maximum results.
• Conduct Vascular Access Management assessments to support sales teams.
