Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Clinical Services Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversight across assigned locations, partnering with providers and operations to ensure safe, efficient care. Day-to-day supervision rests with Clinical Supervisors, while this role focuses on standards, staffing, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three or more years of clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ambulatory or multispecialty physician practice experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading supervisors or clinical teams preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned departments and locations.
• Lead Clinical Supervisors and work with providers, Operations leadership, Quality and Safety, HR, and other departments.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Oversee staffing needs based on provider schedules, patient volume, and specialty needs.
• Partner with Quality and Safety to address clinical risks and concerns.
• Represent clinical operations in EHR workflow decisions and improvements.
• Maintain effective relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers.
