Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Education or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Responsibilities

• The Specialist will be responsible for the overall education, development, and training of clinical staff.
• Conduct individual and group staff educational programs; including orientation, inservices, workshops and development of educational materials.
• Evaluate competency and perform clinical care when necessary; identify, develop and initiate best practices related to nursing care.
