Tapestry Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead nursing operations in the Ringgold/Trenton territory. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and care teams to deliver compassionate hospice care.

Responsibilities include overseeing patient care delivery, addressing care concerns, and supporting staff development across the service area.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; hospice/palliative care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• CPR certification required.
• Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with EMR and common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Establishes, implements, and evaluates goals for hospice services in line with the mission.
• Directs nursing operations and supervises clinical staff.
• Supports quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Oversees service area nursing operations and addresses care concerns across Ringgold/Trenton territory.
