Vitality Hospice is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations (RN) in Burlington, NJ, to lead clinical services, oversee staff performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across hospice programs.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, 2+ years in hospice or palliative care, and 1+ year of clinical leadership. You will drive quality, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a clinician-owned hospice.

Formación

• Active RN license – New Jersey
• Minimum 2+ years hospice, home health, or palliative care experience
• Minimum 1+ year of clinical leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations (CMS, CHAP, Joint Commission preferred) and end-of-life care

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical operations and patient care services within hospice programs
• Lead Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings for care planning
• Supervise and evaluate RNs, LPNs, CHHA, social workers, and clinical staff
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with CMS, CHAP, and state regulations
• Monitor Medicare CoPs and regulatory standards; collaborate on education and training programs
• Conduct facility visits to support patient care delivery
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, mileage reimbursement, and supply costs
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction
