Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead nursing operations in the Ringgold/Trenton territory. You will supervise clinical staff, support quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.
The role requires GA RN licensure, hospice experience, CPR certification, and strong EMR/office software skills.
Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is family-owned and operated, not a large corporation. For more than 16 years, we have proudly served North Georgia while continuing to grow and expand into new communities. At Tapestry, we operate as a Care Family with one another and with the patients and families we serve. Our commitment to treating everyone like family extends throughout our organization, creating a culture built on compassion, dignity, respect, and support.
We are looking for exceptional people to join our growing family. Do you want to feel appreciated and be part of a dedicated team that strives to provide compassion, comfort, and peace to patients and their families? Your work family includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, on-call nurses, triage nurses, admission nurses, LPNs, social workers, CNAs, chaplains, volunteers, and many other caring professionals. The only thing missing is YOU!
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that promote quality patient care and support the mission and philosophy of Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care. This position assists in directing nursing operations, supervising clinical staff, supporting quality initiatives, evaluating patient care delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest level of service and patient outcomes.
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services works closely with the Director of Clinical Services and organizational leadership to oversee nursing operations, support staff development, address patient care concerns, and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and healthcare facilities throughout the service area.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide leadership and clinical support throughout the Ringgold and Trenton territories and assist with coverage needs across the service area as necessary.
