Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s degree and active license.
• Experience in staff development, teaching, or project coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Act as change agent to support house-wide education initiatives.
• Manage quality and regulatory projects for compliance and improvement.
• Advance clinical care by integrating policies, procedures, and standards into practice.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership, educators, and nurses to enhance patient care quality.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for nursing students and new associates.
