Job summary

AdventHealth in Land O Lakes, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support risk management and regulatory surveys. You will conduct walking rounds, facilitate patient/family conferences with physicians and staff, and help ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license, 1+ year of acute nursing care, and CPHRM certification preferred. This full-time Day shift position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with regulatory surveys and legal investigations.
• Conducts walking rounds throughout all areas of the facility.
• Facilitates patient/family conferences with physicians and hospital staff to assist in conflict resolution.
• Evaluates charts for appropriateness of care as assigned by Risk Management.
• Assists with reviewing, investigating, and following up on voluntary incident reporting events.
