Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated research study coordinator and project manager to support the PI and research team. You will evaluate feasibility, develop budgets, prepare IRB documents, and implement protocol operations to ensure study success.

The role includes enrolling subjects, collecting data, and maintaining compliance with GCP, contracts, and institutional policies. RN licensure in Michigan, BLS, and protocol-driven training are required or as indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health/science field is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research and project management preferred.
• RN licensure in Michigan upon hire is required.
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC) within 90 days.
• ACLS/PALS may be required as per protocol.
• Shipping/handling of specimens training/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a variety of research studies with moderate regulatory, clinical, and operational complexity.
• Evaluate feasibility, develop budgets, prepare IRB documents, and implement protocol operations.
• Enroll and screen subjects per protocol, with training and delegation for required activities.
• Collect, review, and document data in study systems per protocol.
• Develop and implement educational programs and protocol updates for investigators and staff.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local laws, GCP, contracts, and policies.
• Coordinate study activities with sponsors, CROs, and multidisciplinary teams.
