Job summary

UROPARTNERS LLC, based in Merrillville, IN, is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator, RN, to oversee study coordination, subject recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance in a clinical trials setting.

You will ensure protocol adherence, maintain essential documentation, and coordinate with investigators and sponsors while supporting patient education and safety. Monday–Friday, full-time, no weekends or nights at this time; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (state of Indiana) with ASN or BSN required.
• Nursing or clinical trial experience preferred (2+ years).
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP and study protocols.
• Ensure accurate data collection, source documentation, and regulatory records.
• Educate staff and physicians on protocol requirements and SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Assist in scheduling follow-up visits and coordinating patient care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
