Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist (RN) to support the C3PO multicenter registry, focusing on data quality, QI initiatives, and registry development. The role requires a BSN, 6 years of experience, and MA RN licensure, with MSN preferred.

You will liaise with centers, leadership, and technical teams to translate clinical data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 6 years of research and/or clinical experience.
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day data and quality improvement operations of the C3PO multicenter collaborative.
• Supports registry data quality and integrity through audits, validation, data cleaning, adverse-event reporting, and data-quality improvements.
• Serves as a liaison for participating centers on clinical/data definitions and registry processes.
• Assists in developing dashboards, center-level reports, and data visualization tools.
• Prepares educational programming, webinars, and collaborative meetings for participating centers.
• Participates in research and quality improvement projects including data preparation and analyses.
