Job summary

The RN Quality TMCH Cancer Center is seeking an experienced nurse to support clinical performance through chart abstraction, review, and reporting. The role focuses on quality improvement, accreditation, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with clinicians to ensure accurate documentation and evidence-based care.

A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for nurses with two years of experience, and the position involves data reporting, education, and ongoing quality initiatives across Hospice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a qualified nursing program or equivalent.
• Five years RN nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Active unrestricted RN license in Arizona or NLC.
• Experience in quality, data analysis, and/or case review preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records and report data accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of measure specifications and updates.
• Support quality improvement initiatives with data collection.
• Coordinate statistical reporting and visuals for groups.
• Provide education to staff on documentation.
• Perform patient care as needed during emergencies.
