Job summary

St. Joseph's/Candler is seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator to lead nursing assessments and quality reporting for patients attributed to the SJ/C Physician Network.

The role focuses on improving population health and clinical outcomes through performance improvement initiatives and coordinated care across a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a nursing license, 3-5 years of clinical experience, and experience with quality and regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing required.
• 3-5 years clinical experience required.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Experience with quality reporting or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality initiatives to improve population health and patient outcomes.
• Provide nursing interventions using the nursing process to care for patients.
• Communicate effectively with management, physicians and staff.
• Support staff development, mentoring and in-service education.
• Assist in budgeting and planning; promote efficient resource use.
