Job summary

SCP Health seeks an experienced RN leader at Ballad Bristol Regional Medical Center to drive quality improvement, performance measurement, and program coordination. You will partner with hospital leadership to enhance patient care, provider engagement, and KPI outcomes.

Requirements include a RN license, a Bachelor’s in nursing, and 5+ years in acute care with QA/data analytics experience. Travel to facilities within the Ballad system may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field required.
• RN license is required.
• 5+ years clinical experience in acute care.
• 3+ years QA, data analytics, and reporting in managed care.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health to retain referrals and grow volumes.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for office staff and providers.
• Engage Hospital and Medical Directors and coordinate site tours.
• Lead daily workflows to improve clinical performance and KPI metrics.
• Participate in committees and collaborate with Field Operations.
