Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a senior leader to drive clinical performance improvement across hospital and physician groups at Ballad Health sites. You will coordinate QA/PI initiatives, manage provider engagement, and oversee daily workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring nursing leadership experience, strong data analytics, and comfort working in a matrixed healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and evaluating QA/PI activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health and hospital relationships to retain and grow referrals and satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff training and orientation across facilities.
• Support physician interviews and facility tours with medical directors.
• Lead daily workflows to drive clinical performance improvements and provider education.
