Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides work direction to clinical and support staff to coordinate resources for efficient procedures and patient flow.
• Performs nursing process for direct patient care, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Coordinates patient care by facilitating communication among patients, families, departments and physicians.
• Acts as a resource providing training, orientation, and guidance to staff in collaboration with unit leadership.
• Assists with human resources tasks such as interviewing and onboarding per unit leadership.
• Monitors staffing and adjusts as needed to maintain productivity.
• Ensures quality of care aligns with policies and regulatory standards.
• Contributes to budget planning and ensures adequate supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with management on new/existing programs and vendor coordination.
