Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee clinical operations across practice sites, aligning care delivery with safety, quality, and value. The role collaborates with Practice Managers and Site Directors to advance standardized operations and evidence-based protocols across the system.

You will supervise Clinical Supervisors, lead system-wide quality initiatives, and oversee staffing models to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an accountable care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years in healthcare leadership and Medical Group practice experience. Required
• Lean Daily Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure successful completion of service line goals and system aims for quality and patient safety.
• Provide supervision and support of Clinical Supervisors across practices and transitions of care.
• Hire and perform performance reviews of Clinical Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers on staff evaluation and clinical competency reviews.
• Coordinate PCMH care management activities with Care Coordination Leadership.
• Support advancement of the System's Accountable Care Strategies.
• Align clinical policies and patient care activities with the Nursing Executive Council.
• Develop staffing models to support quality and cost-effective patient care.
• Monitor and improve quality initiatives and EHR optimization.
