Lehigh Valley Health Network in Laurys Station, PA seeks a nurse leader to assist with daily operations of the clinical staff, procedures, and support of the physician office health care team. Delivers and oversees patient care and serves as a core member of the leadership team focusing on clinical staff orientation, education, and competency.

You will coordinate transitions, pre-visit planning, and care across settings while handling scheduling, EMR documentation, and quality-improvement

Competenze

• RN with an Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years' recent clinical experience.
• Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change in a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills including EMR, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent time management and high emotional intelligence.
• Project management skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• PA RN license (RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA).

• Oversees clinical operations and facilitates patient engagement through practice settings and EMR tools.
• Assumes clinical and administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.
• Completes end-of-day tasks including reporting, no-show follow-up, and batching.
• Prepares daily charts and maintains medical records.
• Obtains policy clarifications and uses resources from other departments.
• Assesses staff competencies and provides remediation with Clinical Services.
• Coordinates care across settings for designated populations and ensures labs/referrals are completed.
• Provides feedback and supports quality improvement initiatives.
