Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and facilitates patient engagement across visit flow and transitions of care.
• Assumes clinical and administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.
• Completes end-of-day tasks including reports, no-show communication, and office close procedures.
• Prepares daily charts and maintains medical files and EMR documentation.
• Ensures policy clarification and uses resources from other departments as needed.
• Provides remediation and quality improvement input with Clinical Services.
