Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as an RN.
• 3 years Recent experience in a clinical setting.

Aufgaben

• Oversees clinical operations and facilitates patient engagement through practice settings to enhance the patient care experience.
• Assumes clinical and administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Director/Manager.
• Completes end-of-day tasks including reports, no-show notifications, and daily batching.
• Prepares daily charts and maintains medical files and EMR records.
• Ensures policy clarification and cross-department resource use when needed.
• Assesses staff competencies and provides remediation with Clinical Services.
• Facilitates coordination of care across settings for a designated population.
• Provides feedback and supports quality improvement workflows.
• Reviews staff competencies and ensures adherence to policies.
