Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise tenant care in accordance with Minnesota BON standards, guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and the campus QAPI program.

You will perform comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health, create detailed Plans of Care, and oversee RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure safety and the highest practicable well-being for each tenant.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care

Responsibilities

• The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards.
• Oversees practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel; assesses knowledge and capabilities and ensures safety and well-being of tenants.

Education

Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
