Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA or a GA Compact State
• BLS certification required; other certifications preferred
• Experience in inpatient nursing and teamwork with diverse care teams

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and clear communication
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Support patient safety, culturally competent care, and patient/family education
