Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. seeks a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care. You will work under Nurse Managers and leaders in a practice model that emphasizes evidence-based care and professional standards.

You will uphold the Georgia Nursing Practice Act, participate in shared governance, and advocate for the voice of the patient and family in shaping care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia and BLS certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and individual preferences.
• Collaborates with the care team to communicate goals and updates to patients and families.
• Practices according to current clinical standards and legal/ethical guidelines.
