Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia or compact license.
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience; clinical hours acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based care and individualized planning.
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with diverse population needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Document accurately and support governance and quality improvement initiatives.
