HCA Florida West Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality patient-centered care and coordinate unit operations across shifts. You’ll lead a team, monitor nursing care, and support staff through training and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include admission/discharge flow, quality assessment, and collaboration with leaders to improve patient outcomes. This role emphasizes staffing, productivity, and inventory management within a premier Florida facility.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• RN licensure and RN Diploma/Associate Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality.
• Assess quality of patient care with the management team.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to foster teamwork and outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies including hourly rounds to boost engagement.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, training, evaluations, and discipline.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
