Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license (unrestricted).
• Five+ years RN experience preferred, with at least one year in geriatrics.
• Three to five years supervisory experience preferred. Ability to develop/lead nursing team.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Delegate tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations with DON.
• Notify physicians and families of significant changes in resident condition; follow up as needed.
• Monitor transfers and assist with discharge planning.
