Guardian Angels Care Center – Elk River, MN seeks an Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing operations in a 120-bed facility providing long-term care and skilled therapy services. Focus on high-quality clinical care and resident-centered service within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include guiding nursing staff, coordinating care, and ensuring safe, compassionate delivery of services. Minnesota RN licensure and LTC experience required; PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Long Term Care experience
• 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience
• Current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota
• PCC experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist nursing team with resident assessments, orders, and cares.
• Serve as after-hours resource for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Complete timely training and follow-up on best practices for resident care.
• Use independent critical thinking to address varied situations.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure continuity of care information.
• Support clinical team with workflow and staffing adjustments.
• Provide updates to Director of Nursing.
• Address resident safety and potential vulnerable adult situations.
• Report suspected abuse or neglect and participate in investigations.
