The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and support our clinical team in Lisle, IL. This role partner with branch leadership to oversee daily operations, support patient care coordination, and mentor clinicians to ensure top-notch end-of-life care.

Qualifications
