Job summary

Bridgeway Home Health is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to oversee home health clinical services, including OASIS pre-review and documentation oversight. The role is on-site at the Morrow, GA office and involves supervising the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The candidate will review medical records for Medicare/Medicaid compliance and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize Plan of Care and coding. On-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program.
• Current RN license in relevant state.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and Medicare regulations related to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise home health clinical services and oversee documentation.
• Review patient medical records and Plans of Care for compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team for outcomes-based plans.
