Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) in Lees Summit, MO to lead the clinical team in our Kansas City area habilitation office. The role focuses on developing care plans, supervising field staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

• 2+ years of experience working with the IDD Population (Qualified Professional).
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

• Make regular client visits to evaluate progress and ensure services align with the plan.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Lees Summit, MOHabilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Kansas City area.

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions
• Evaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation
