Job summary

MANASSAS HEALTH CARE LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and skilled nursing leadership team. You will provide direct patient care and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role may include serving as House Supervisor in the absence of nursing leadership. Ideal candidates balance clinical excellence with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a busy care setting.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• Experience in medical-surgical care preferred.
• CPR Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and established orders.
• Supervise, support, and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff.
• Serve as House Supervisor or Nursing Supervisor as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and interdisciplinary rounds.
