Job summary

Manassas Health & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team in Manassas, VA. This part-time role focuses on guiding licensed nurses and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, and promoting teamwork and professional growth.

You will lead clinical rounds, coordinate care, and mentor staff while collaborating with physicians and the broader care team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active nursing license in Virginia.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to licensed nurses, CNAs, and other direct care team members.
• Supervise and direct the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Identify and communicate clinical personnel concerns, performance issues, and patient care concerns to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist with clinical education, disease-specific training, and staff development programs.
• Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
