Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate from an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification and HIPAA knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff; act as clinical resource.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with physicians.
• Ensure safe, person-centered care that preserves dignity.
