Job summary

Mountain Valley of Cascadia in Kellogg, Idaho, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our award-winning team. You’ll provide hands-on, person-centered care, support residents' dignity and independence, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

We sponsor CNA training and cover certification costs for qualified applicants. A high school diploma and current CNA certification are required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification and be compassionate.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and urgent situations.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care including activities of daily living.
• Assist with eating, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Respond promptly to nurse calls and monitor residents' condition.
• Document care and participate in care planning with the team.
• Collaborate with nurses and other care staff.
