Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute in Ellensburg, WA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership in a team-driven environment and to guide staff in delivering high-quality resident care.

You will assess and plan care with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor outcomes, educate residents and families, and ensure infection control and regulatory compliance. This role offers a full-time schedule with shift differentials and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with care team.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high quality care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring outcomes.
• Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Provide education and emotional support to residents and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control practices.
