Job summary

ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Clinical RN Lead to oversee daily clinical operations, collaborate with Regional Nurse Managers, and provide direct patient care through assessment and evidence-based care. The role includes scheduling, prioritizing clinical tasks, and ensuring high-quality service.

The position supports a team of clinicians in a patient-centered environment, with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Connecticut RN license.
• 1+ year nursing experience in hospital or medical office.
• Experience with charge/clinical lead responsibilities.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Triage patients; document messages and route to providers via EHR.
• Outreach to patients for appointments, results, and follow-up.
• Educate patients on illness and self-management.
• Document all patient interactions in the EHR.
• Manage scheduling and clinical team responsibilities.
• Lead clinical team to function in a patient-centered environment.
